Delivery

How we send orders

Orders are packed by hand in Northern Ireland and sent via Royal Mail (or an equivalent postal service) from a local Post Office. Each candle is packed carefully to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch orders within after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we will let you know if that applies to your order.

Your full delivery address is collected securely at checkout. If you need delivery to a country not listed, email lumacarve@gmail.com before ordering.

Delivery costs

Unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, the price shown includes standard delivery to the address you provide. If we introduce separate shipping fees later, they will be shown clearly before you pay.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination and postal service. UK orders are typically a few working days; international orders may take longer. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for the service used, we will share tracking details by email when your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact lumacarve@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt reference from your payment confirmation email and photos if applicable. We will help resolve it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
