Products

Our candles are handmade. Slight variations in colour, carving, and finish are normal and part of the character of each piece. Product photos are representative; your candle may vary slightly.

Candles are intended to be burned and enjoyed. Follow all safety warnings on the product and packaging. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) on the website.
• Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

Custom orders

Custom carved candles (for example for a baby shower or christening) are available on request via email or WhatsApp. They are not purchased through the website checkout. We will confirm the design, price, payment method, and delivery date with you by email before work begins. Custom orders are subject to the terms we agree with you in writing; see our Returns & Refunds Policy where relevant.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or when we dispatch your items (whichever is earlier), unless we decline or cancel the order (for example due to stock, payment issues, or an error).

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within after payment, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the postal service and destination.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the law.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect loss, or loss we could not reasonably foresee. This does not limit liability where it cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
